Terms & Conditions for Refer and Earn.

Terms and conditions for the ICS Venture Migration & Education Refer & Earn program, which starts 8 September 2025 and runs until 29 December 2025:

1. Eligibility: The program is open to existing clients of ICS Venture Migration & Education who are aged 18 years or older and legally residing in Australia. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Program Period: The offer is valid from 08 September 2025 through 29 December 2025. Referrals received outside these dates will not qualify for a reward.

3. Qualified Referral:

   • A qualified referral is a person who is not an existing or previous client of ICS Venture Migration & Education and who has not previously been referred by another participant.

   • The referral must engage ICS Venture Migration & Education for professional migration services and lodge a 482, 186 or General Skilled Migration (GSM) visa application through us during the program period.

   • Self‑referrals are not permitted.

4. Reward Amount: Participants may receive up to A$500 per qualified referral. The exact reward amount may vary depending on the visa subclass and services taken. The reward is determined solely by ICS Venture Migration & Education and is not negotiable or transferable.

5. Reward Payment:

   • Rewards are payable only after the referred client’s visa application has been lodged and verified by ICS Venture Migration & Education.

   • Payment will be made within a reasonable time after lodgement, via bank transfer or another method determined by ICS Venture Migration & Education.

   • Rewards may be subject to taxation; participants are responsible for any tax obligations arising from receiving the reward.

6. Referral Process:

   • To qualify, the referring client must submit the referral’s contact details with the referral’s consent. The referred individual must mention the referring client’s full name at the time of initial contact.

   • If multiple participants refer the same person, only the first referral received by ICS Venture Migration & Education will be eligible for the reward.

7. Data Privacy: By participating, the referrer confirms that they have obtained consent from the referred person to share their personal information. All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the ICS Venture Migration & Education Privacy Policy and relevant Australian privacy legislation.

8. Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, but each referral must meet the eligibility criteria.

9. Program Changes: ICS Venture Migration & Education reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.

10. Disclaimer: Participation in this program does not guarantee that a visa application will be successful. ICS Venture Migration & Education provides professional migration advice, but all visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Acceptance: By submitting a referral, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
